Izzy has been a part of the dance and ballet world since she was 3 years old. Growing up with a grandmother who went to the royal ballet school and a big sister who is in the Birmingham Royal Ballet, Izzy spent her childhood following in these footsteps. She attended a dance school in Newcastle (where Izzy was born) from the age of 3 where she was trained in ballet, jazz, modern, tap and song & dance. She then progressed to become a part of the junior associates of the Royal Ballet School at the age of 9.

At the age of 11 Izzy landed a place at the very well known Elmhurst Ballet School (known as Elmhurst School for Dance at the time) and went away from home to intensively train in ballet, jazz, character, and singing. She had a large amount of performance experience here including performing in the Nutcracker at the Birmingham Hippodrome with Birmingham Royal Ballet. As advanced as this dance school was for ballet training Izzy found that she didn't want to just do ballet and wanted to explore other styles of dance. She completed her lower school training at 16 and went on to train in contemporary, street, and commercial at Dance City in Newcastle where she got her diploma in dance.

While she was training and studying here Izzy worked in a children's out of school club and really found a love and passion for working in childcare. Izzy then moved to London at the age of 19 to continue her commercial dance training and has been an ousted registered nanny here ever since gaining her such a vast knowledge of childcare. Izzy's dream is to combine her love for dance and her love for working with children which has brought her to this of running dance classes for children for the last year!

Izzy has a full paediatric first aid certificate, a common core skills & knowledge in childcare, a full DBS check, and a diploma in dance.  She has now received her Diploma in dance teaching with BBO (British Ballet Organisation) meaning students will be able to take their ballet exams and achieve graded certificates.
